Flower Girl
A Flower Girl adds a joyful sweetness to a wedding!
She walks directly in front of the Bride, tossing flower petals from her small decorated basket to scent the Bride's path to her beloved. If you have a family member or a child of a close friend between the ages of 2 and 6 years old, a Flower Girl will make a very special and joyful addition to your ceremony! Girls older than 6 usually love to be Bridesmaids!
There are special Flower Girl gowns you may like to purchase or you may choose to create your own! Rev Mary can suggest a wonderful company for beautiful gowns! If your Flower Girl is very young, between 2 and 4 years, it is helpful to have her walk with a Bridesmaid. A Flower Girl is a very old tradition and one that brings a very special joy to your wedding!
